Groover takes a major step forward with the acquisition of Temple

At Techmind, we’re excited to share a major milestone for one of our portfolio companies: Groover has acquired the assets of Temple, a UK-based music tech startup specializing in direct-to-fan tools.

This acquisition, completed at a very competitive price and focused solely on the product (no employees involved), marks a strategic step forward for Groover as it expands its services beyond music promotion.

Temple by Groover: a new suite of tools for independent artists

With this acquisition, Groover officially launches Temple by Groover, a suite of tools designed to help artists:

  • Create customizable link-in-bio microsites to showcase music, concerts, merch, and social media.

  • Capture and manage their fans through built-in email and SMS tools, giving them more control over their audience.

  • Access smart advertising solutions to reach new listeners and grow their fanbase.

In addition to its existing promotion platform that already connects over 650,000 artists across 180+ countries with media outlets and industry professionals, Groover is strengthening its role as a key partner for independent musicians.
